We collect only the minimum personal data required for the App to function.

1.1 Account Information

If you create an account using email and password, we collect:

• Email address
• Password (stored securely as a hash; we never see the plain password)
• Firebase User ID (UID)

This information is processed by Firebase Authentication, a service provided by Google.

1.2 App Data Stored in Firebase

Depending on your usage of the app, we may store limited user-generated or app-related data in Firebase (Firestore). Examples may include:

• User preferences or settings
• Session or usage metadata tied to your UID
• Other data necessary for core app functionality

We do not collect or store financial information, contact lists, or device location.

1.3 Automatically Collected Technical Data

Firebase may automatically collect:

• Device identifiers
• App version
• Crash logs (if Firebase Crashlytics is enabled)
• Basic diagnostic data

This data helps us improve app performance and stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Authenticate you and provide account access
• Store app-related data tied to your account
• Improve app performance, stability, and security
• Provide customer support when requested

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. How Your Information Is Stored and Protected

Your data is stored securely using Firebase, which provides industry-standard security and encryption.

• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
• Access to data is restricted by Firebase Security Rules.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties except:

• Firebase / Google Cloud, which acts as our data processor and provides the backend infrastructure
• When required by law (e.g., legal request or court order)

We do not share data for marketing or advertising.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as your account is active. When your account is deleted, all personal data associated with it is permanently removed from:

• Firebase Authentication
• Firestore or other Firebase storage locations

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct your data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data

6.1 Requesting Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, visit our data deletion page.

Once we verify your identity, we will delete:

• Your Firebase Auth user record
• All Firestore documents associated with your UID

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

6.2 Partial Data Deletion

We currently do not offer a method to delete individual pieces of data without deleting the entire account.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. You should review this page periodically for updates.
